Mother's Day 2012

Wow, this Mother's Day had so many emotions but was a wonderful day in the Bishop house :) I just can't help but wonder daily if my Mom knew what an amazing person she was. I strive to be JUST like her. The days I am frustrated or annoyed, I try to think what my Mom would have done. I don't EVER remember her being upset with us girls. I have to stop and think about the blessings I DO have in my life and not focus on the negative things. I DREAM of a day when I don't complain about silly "little" things because I rarely heard my Mom complain about ANYTHING...

Our day was very nice...we started off by going to church. We are trying out Case's school church, Crosspoint. We really enjoyed our first visit. Then we went to brunch at Chris & Julie's country club, home for naps (mommy went to the pool) and then Ryan, Case and I went golfing :) It was the first time Ryan and I had hung out with just Case since baby girl was born. We had a nice time golfing, eating and then stopped at the park on the way home. I am truly blessed to have such wonderful children. I sometimes have to pinch myself when I look at them and remember they are MINE and I am SO very lucky!

Friends

Case and Kylynn are SO lucky to have so many Texas friends. We sure do miss having family around, but our friends make up for it!!!

Last Thursday, when daddy's were away, we had Jenn and Lindley over for dinner. Jenn picked up yummy Papa Murphy's pizza and the kids were able to create their own...
Last Saturday, the Slaughters joined us for some grilling out and fun. The kids were HILARIOUS and played so well together. We enjoyed having them over :)

This mamma was able to have "GIRLS NIGHT" last night. I went to dinner with Elizabeth, Jenn, Amber and Erica. We had a nice time and a FEW drinks :) Love these ladies...

3 Months Old :)

Little Miss Kylynn is already 3 months old :) Sweet baby girl. She is just a precious, amazing baby. She does have a little diva side though and is going through some "stranger danger" already. She doesn't want other people to hold her and has cried at the Y a few times. She is just going to have to get over it though so this mamma can work out and other people can love on her :) Her smiles are contagious and she is starting to roll over now and then. Precious girl...

Going swimming for the first time this year. Kylynn is like, SERIOUSLY, MOM?!
Case had a spring program at school. He sang WONDERFUL praise songs and it was adorable!
This kid is just hilarious. He is going NON stop and keeps us laughing. His one-liners are so funny. He LOVED the fountains at the splash park :) We enjoy getting out and keeping as busy as possible.
